The company is located at No. 82 Shenbei Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China, with a factory area of 1500 ㎡, an office area of 300 ㎡, and more than 50 employees, including 5 technical engineers and 15 technical backbones.
The company now has 2 full-automatic 5-axis CNC profile processing specialized production lines, 1 full-automatic 6-axis CNC profile processing specialized production line, 3-axis vertical CNC machining center, Hex Kang SR 9408 CMM and other processing and measuring equipment. Mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of aviation parts; mechanical processing, aviation technology development, technical consulting, technical services, and technology transfer; mechanical parts processing and self-management and agency for the import and export of various commodities and technologies;
Our company is a national strategic emerging aviation industry, and the National Three-Year Action Plan for Emerging Industries supports the enterprise. The Company passed the audit in June 2018 and obtained the "AS9100D International Aviation System Certification", passed the Shenfei Civil Aircraft Supplier Quality Assessment in October 2018 and obtained the qualified supplier qualification, and passed the audit in June 2019 and obtained the "GJB9001C-2017 Military Standard System Certification". In 2017, our company introduced the German Julang automatic CNC profile processing specialized production line for processing aircraft aluminum alloy profile parts, components and aircraft structural parts. The production line is mainly composed of international advanced 5-axis and 6-axis high-speed vertical CNC profile machining centers. The vertical CNC machining center adopts a double-rotating chuck design, and the main body of the machine is equipped with a servo material transfer mechanism on both sides. During processing, the profile parts are clamped by the chuck (manipulator), and the center of the double chuck forms a U-axis, which can realize automatic axial feed and rotation around the axis A, thus realizing multi-sided processing of the profile parts. A clamping profile blank parts can be achieved "finished" type processing. Compared with the traditional domestic aviation profile processing method, from the processing efficiency, finished product quality, processing energy consumption and other aspects of more than several times. The annual processing capacity of the production line is 80000 meters in length (I .e. about 60000 pieces/year). The annual processing output value is about 20 million yuan
